भारत वर्ष में शोध पत्रिकाओं की भीड़ लग गई है, अनेक शोध पत्रिकाए अन – स्तरीय है और वे प्रोन्नति पाने के इच्छुक लोगों के शोध पत्रों को पैसा लेकर छापने का कार्य करती हैं शोध पत्रों की संख्या बढ़ती गई है और शोध की गुणवत्ता समाप्त होती गई है ।
जिसे हम कहते है “दिशा परिवर्तित” करने वाला “Path Breaking शोध” लगभग शून्य के बराबर है सब चूहे दौड़ में शामिल हो चुके है चूहा दौड़ में आप जीतेंगे तो भी चूहे रहेंगे और हारेंगे तो भी चूहे रहेंगे।
जहां यह शोध पत्रिका इन सबसे भिन्न और एक विशिष्ट होगी और इस शोध पत्रिका में गुणवत्ता में विशेष ध्यान दिया जाएगा ।
